Refund Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Co-op California Boutique. If something is not quite right, we have made our return and refund process as simple as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn — no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
- In its original, unopened packaging with all accessories included.
- With all original tags and labels attached and intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items with tags removed or not attached.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day delivery window.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
If your item arrived defective or incorrect, please see Section 5 below.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@coopcaliforniaboutique.com or call +1 (773) 616-9429 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using the prepaid label provided.
Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Free Return Shipping
We cover 100% of return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@coopcaliforniaboutique.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of refund approval within 2–3 business days.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@coopcaliforniaboutique.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process. A prepaid return label will be provided for the original item.
8. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed.
- Contact us at info@coopcaliforniaboutique.com or +1 (773) 616-9429 to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow our return process.
- If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
